Swim Clinic For Adults

On Saturday 27th June 2009 Anita held her ever popular annual swim clinic for the Bellarine Peninsula community. We were privileged to be able to use the brand new, state of the art 10 lane indoor 25m pool at Geelong Grammar. It was luxury! Fifty swimmers of all ages including teachers and coaches, participated in the clinic. All were amazed at the transformation of their strokes under Anita's expert guideance and unique drills especially designed to assist even novices to achieve fluid, relaxed strokes. We covered freestyle in depth along with tumble turns; Breaststroke; Backstroke and drills to develop relaxation as well as feel for the water. The result? Effortless swimming.

Thank you for delivering such an interesting and informative workshop at Geelong Grammar. Having attended so many workshops over the years I am usually satisfied if I pick up one new idea. At your session however, I gained quite a lot of new information, skills and drills to try out with my squads, particularly with tumbleturns.

I would also like to congratulate you on how you presented the workshop and how you communicated so effectively with such a large group. I actually learnt from that as well .... to slow down and not rush so much!

One day swim teachers clinic – Port Arlington

On Sunday 20th July 2008, Anita conducted a swimming teachers clinic to 50 teachers from the Bellarine Penninsula at Port Arlington. This followed on from her 2 presentations at the prestigious ascta (Victoria) conference the week before. As the following testimonials show, Anita is very much in demand as a presenter, for both teaching and coaching clinics and can happily tailor clinics to cater for swim schools, their staff and/or their students.
