Anita Killmier was a Nationally ranked swimmer in her youth under the legendary coach Harry Gallagher and has since dedicated her life to swimming. Anita largely pioneered and popularised adult swimming in both Victoria and Australia earning her the year 2000 Australian Sports Medal for her contributions to swimming. She is the former National Coaching Director of Masters Swimming Australia; twice awarded Masters Coach of the Year and author of the book Mastering Swimming. She is widely recognised as having one of the best programs for adults in Australia and has a proven, step by step system refined over 40 years in the industry. She has coached and taught swimmers of all ages from beginners to high performance National and International swimmers, young and not-so-young alike.

This Clinic is only open to swimmers in a Novice or Intermediate level Squad, Triathletes, Masters or Fitness swimmers. This Clinic is NOT suitable for Beginners or Advanced swimmers. Your FASTEST time for 100 metres MUST BE SLOWER than 1 min 20 sec |
