    Dear H2O, please manually Cancel the Advance Absence I booked ...
    CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!
    1. We may NOT be able to cancel your Absence if your space has been booked by another swimmer for a Make-up lesson.
    2. In the event your Absence space has been taken by another swimmer for a Makeup, then you will NOT BE PERMITTED to swim in your class that day as you have been removed from the roll and will EXCEED the maximum class number.  
    3. In the event we can not cancel your Absence Request, we can not guarantee will you be able to book another Makeup.
