    CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
    1. We MUST receive your cancellation request "24 hours or more" before your booked time so the space can be released fin enough time for someone else to use as a Makeup.
    2. If you don't cancel within the required time period, then the booked Makeup will be deemed as TAKEN.
